When a book lets you down.

You relied on that book the moment you picked it off the shelf and read its first caring words. it took you through funny times, sad times, the suspense and romance. But what happens when you turn the page and something totally unexpected happens. What do you do when that book that made you sit down with it instead of your friends tells you that the character you love is dead, that the pure perfect loveable friend has turned against you, when what was meant to be exciting and shocking, was hurtful and such a disappointment. Why? Why would that book do such a hurtful thing.
So you put it down and you think, its over. You close the book *without* putting the book mark back or folding down the page. Your book has let you down, the happy feeling you asked it to supply has given you a cruel hurtful stutter. The book you asked for horror and excitement gave you a mushy romance as the monster fell in love with the victim. You book has let you down. Have you ever felt like this?

Sherlock Homes

I have just seen sherlock homes and LOVED it!! What did you think? I liked his character because he was very smart and quick for answers. Very formal when he spoke and just very intelligent. Though he was also at times very funny and quirky. When things were serious he would say a silly line like a child would say. He had flaws that made him more likeable. Not ones that made him irritable. I have done a lot of looking at what makes a good character. What do you think makes a good character? Ant comment you can write in the comment spot... as a given.
Thanks for reading, come back soon!!
